TBL Mission Critical is seeking an experienced Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor to lead and support our internal apprenticeship program. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and developing apprentices while ensuring alignment with company standards and field expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction
- Develop training curriculum and materials
- Evaluate apprentice progress
- Administer placement testing
- Coordinate with field leadership
- Track program performance
- Mentor apprentices
- Support workforce development
Qualifications
- 8+ years electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and teaching ability
- Knowledge of jobsite safety
